5 Reasons Why You May Need Design Support
- There is a need for security implementation security but do not know where to begin. Most often a need for security arises once an event occurs such as vandalism or theft. Do not be left stranded trying to figure out how to design a security system when we are here for YOU!
- A quote has been received from a preferred vendor but may be unsure if the solution will accomplish the desired result. We can overlook the bill of materials along with the desired outcome to ensure the materials align with the end result. - The need for a security system has been established and the work must be issued as an RFQ or RFP but lack the documentation or basic design for issuing the the requests. Many RFP and RFQ leave out pertinent information in the various Divisions which make the bidding process very cumbersome and the outcome less than desirable.
- Validating the current design that was created within the organization. Some organizations prefer to create and install their own security systems and would like to validate the design by a professional prior to procuring the materials.
- Desire a turnkey solution to eliminate risks from internal design. We offer turnkey solutions that come with a complete design package including close out documents to ensure the system can easily be serviced and managed by any experienced contractor.
What About Pricing?
The most frequent concern and question is the pricing for design support. Simply put, under most circumstances basic design support is free. While this may sound too good to be true we truly believe adding value to our customers is the #1 priority to success. However, in the cases where the project is very involved or complex we do provide the service at a very reasonable investment. The investment can be made based on milestones, hourly rate, or firm-fixed rate. Furthermore, should we be selected as the service provider for the installation the fee is waived.
